Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Purchase Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached. All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please include your order number with the return.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@theeverydaystoreco.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used consumable products (treats, food, supplements)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns.
