Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (continental US)
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

4. Shipping Costs

  • One-time orders over $30: Free standard shipping
  • One-time orders under $30: $5.99 flat rate
  • International orders: Calculated at checkout

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or send a replacement at no charge.

7. Address Changes

You can update your shipping address by contacting our support team. Address changes must be made at least 48 hours before your order ships.
