Return Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@theeverydaystoreco.co with your order number. All returns must be sent to:

Please include your order number inside the return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used consumable products (treats, food, supplements, dental chews)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned without original packaging
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. Damaged items do not need to be returned unless requested.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
